htbcreative Do you have them on Google Drive / Dropbox? They all have the cloud icon, meaning they are in cloud and not stored locally. Right click on the entire Photomotion folder and choose something like Available Offline (depends on your cloud provider, but something along those lines)
Specifically with Google Drive - it offloads your files from your computer to the cloud so when you double click on the .aep, only that .aep is downloaded and the rest of the (Footage) is then only partially downloaded because as soon as After Effects spots those files are actually missing, it stops checking and shows the error about missing files you posted above.
